Intan Jaya || The Raider Infantry Battalion 509/Balawara Yudha Kostrad, is part of the Indonesian Armed Forces Operational Command (KOOPS TNI) in Papua, which carries out mobile security at the border of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, especially in the Intan Jaya Regency area, Papua Tengah Province.
In the context of regional security duties, the 509 Task Forces conducted a patrol by visiting and greeting residents in the Holomama Village, Sugapa District, recently.
The 509 Task Forces Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Dian Dessiawan Setyadi, has left a message to the Soldiers who will conduct the patrol. The message is that every Soldier should use their assignment for positive things, not just carrying out duties on a daily basis.
It seems that LTCol Dian’s message was immediately answered with the initiative and creativity of the Holomama Post, led by Second Lieutenant Satrio, by communicating and inserting the National Insights during the patrol.
When they passed several residents on the patrol route, while still prioritizing security aspects, the Soldiers asked for communication and the Holomama residents responded enthusiastically. In the Social Communication, the Soldiers included the delivery of National Insight with the theme " Every Citizen has an Important Role in realizing the Golden Indonesia 2045".
Hearing this statement, a Papuan mother, named Ester Sani, who was carrying her son, immediately responded, "Papua is safe, Commander. Glorious Indonesia,” said her.
